Dr. Edwin B. R. Gbargaye
Dr. Edwin B. R. Gbargaye holds a Doctor of Public Administration form the National College of Public Administration & Governance with emphasis in Social Development from the University of the Philippines. He also holds Master in Development Management with emphasis in Public Management from the Graduate School of, Pangasinan State University (PSU), Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, Philippines. He earned a Master of Public Administration with emphasis in Public Fiscal Administration f r o m t h e National College of Public Administration & Governance University of the Philippines- Diliman. In 1998 he earned a Bachelor Science in Economics with emphasis in International Economics from the College of Business and Public Administration, University of Liberia.
Dr. Edwin B. R. Gbargaye is a lecturer, researcher, discussant and professor in Public Administration, Public Budgeting and Financial Management, Macroeconomic Theory, Research Methodology, Public Management, Operations Research, Capacity Development and Organization Planning, and Organizational Behavior. He has y e a r s o f an expertise in social and economic development combine with public administration and specialization in cooperatives, development management, and public management as it recounts to public and nonprofit organization.
Dr. Gbargaye is presently a lecturer at the Graduate School of Business and Public Administration at the University of Liberia, Cuttington University Graduate School, and the Adventist University of West Africa. He has served at hand a consultant for the World Bank project thru the IPFMRP-Ministry of Finance and Development Planning. An experienced and skillful lecturer, who is knowledgeable, efficient and passionate about delivering the best materials to students and practitioners. With wide- ranging research interests both in qualitative and quantitative design as relate to applied research in answering practical question, to gather information for better decision making, to add to the body of knowledge and to change society. He is graduate student thesis supervisor and panel member of the thesis committee of the University of Liberia Graduate Program.
